Tahir Sultan

Master’s in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, USA. He has 26 years experience in Projects Planning, Construction, Management and Implementation in various fields of Power and General Civil Engineering Projects. Experience include 9 years of working in top Management positions responsible for tender pricing, contract negotiations, scheduling, engineering and design, procurement construction, resource organization, quality assurance, quality control and implementation. Has extensive experience on financial planning and project management of the Projects.

Being a partner, he has been involved in company’s activities since its inception, but joined the organization on full time basis in January 2004.

MOHAMMAD AJMAL
                                 Partner

Science Graduate with 25 years experience drilling activities for soil investigation, tube-wells, pile foundations, dewatering, laboratory testing and general administration. He is working with the company since 1992.

Graduate Civil Engineer form UET, Lahore. He has 26 years national and international experience in the field construction of building cans pile foundation, bridges, including the establishment of quality control and quality assurance programmes. He has extensive knowledge of concrete materials, of concrete mix design and management of materials testing laboratories. He has also been involved in preparation of technical specifications and cost estimation of building and canal works.

Atif Aziz

 He did his bachelor in Science in 1992 and has been a member of DECON team since 1992. Earlier he was involved in Site Operations and currently he is working as Manager Coordination in our Lahore office. His main responsibility is bidding for Soil Investigation and Water Well Projects, further he is responsible for over all coordinator of the Projects.

Ahsan-ur-Rehman

 He did his Master in Engineering Geology in the year 2000 from Punjab University. He is working in the company since March 2001, at present his designation is senior Geologist. He enjoyed versatile experience in the company by working on Soil Investigation projects related to Overhead Power Transmission Line, Sub-Stations, Thermal Power Plants Industrial and Residential Buildings.

Moin-ud-Din

 Master in Applied Geology in 1998 from AJK University. He started his career with the company in Sep-2005 as Geologist. He has gain experience in Soil Investigation Projects related Overhead Transmission Line, Sub-Stations and industrial building.

Waqar Hassan

 Master in Applied Geology in 2005 from Punjab University. He started his career with the company in August-2005 as Geologist. He has gain experience in Soil Investigation Projects related Sub-Stations, Industrial & Residential Buildings.
