Tahir Sultan Managing Partner
Master's in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, USA. He has 27 years of experience in Project Planning, Construction Management, Foundation Design, Geotechnical Design and Implementation in various fields of Power and General Civil Engineering Projects.
Experience includes 9 years of working at top Management positions responsible for tender pricing, contract negotiations, scheduling, engineering and design, procurement construction, resource organization, quality assurance, quality control and implementation. Has extensive experience on financial planning and management of the Projects.
MOHAMMAD AJMAL Partner & General Manager
Graduate with 25 years of experience of drilling activities for soil investigation, tube-wells, pile foundations, dewatering, laboratory testing and general administration. He is working with the company since 1992. Before joining DECON, he has worked in Iraq as Soil Laboratory Officer for two years on a DAM project. He has extensive experience in laboratory soil testing.
ATIF AZIZ Project Manager
He did his bachelor in Science in 1992 and has been a member of DECON team since 1992. Earlier he was involved in Site Operations and currently he is working as Project Manager in our Lahore office. His main responsibility is bidding for Soil Investigation and Water Well Projects, further he is responsible for over all handling of the Projects.
MUBASHER ISLAMMarketing Manager
He has completed his Masters In Computer Sciences (Management of Information System) in 1996. He joined DECON in 1993 as Office Manager. At present he is working as Marketing Manager with us. His main responsibilities includes Marketing of company as well as coordination and communication with clients on our on-going projects.
HUMA IRFAN Geotechnical Engineer
Bachelor in Geological Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. She has started her career with the company in August-2007 as Geotechnical Engineer. After going through the initial training process, she is now writing geotechnical design reports for various projects involving Power Plants, Industrial and Residential Buildings, Transmission Line, Communication Towers etc.
