• Construction of overhead transmission lines, substations, godown and industrial buildings.
• Route survey, making of ground profile, and tower spotting.
• Geotechnical investigations, tower and grid station equipment foundation and steel structure design.

Before starting his own business, he served Greaves Cotton for 16 years and Gulf-Potential for 7 years in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

Abdul Waheed Mir

Professional engineer and chartered land surveyor with 38 years very diversified field and management experience of working on major projects in Kenya, Tanzania, Libya, Iran, Nigeria, Indonesia, Oman and Pakistan.

Work experience includes: highways, motorways, large hydropower projects, pipeline surveys, surveying and mapping services to the oil industry, power transmissions line survey and mapping, irrigation channels and canals, deformation monitoring of large man made structures, dimensional control of mechanical items, terrestrial photogrammetry, remote sensing and planning of aerial photography and photogrammetric mapping, GIS data acquisition, GPS control surveys, and inland waters hydrographic surveys.

Retired from NESPAK as General Manager after 16 years of service. Post retirement worked with NESPAK as an independent consultant on Ghazi Barotha Hydropower, Basha Dam, Mangla Dam Raising and KKH Upgradation Projects for two and half years.
